The Milliken "Staple System" is based on the patented Milliken aluminum extrusion shown below. When used with our other matched components, the resulting products will have a drum-tight-fit-and finish. A 110 M.P.H. wind and 35 pound snow load warranty backs up the "Milliken Matched Component Staple System".
1) Staple System guarantees fabric will have a drum tight-fit-and-finish. 2) Radius Corners prevent excessive wear and assure long fabric life. 3) Staples provided in SS or galvanized and designed to twist and lock securely. 4) Fabric up to 30 ozs. can be easily attatched 5) Vinyl Insert is color keyed, provides finished appearence and overs the staple center 6) Smooth Sides provides ideal bonding surface for 100% welds.
